Shipping policy
At WALL., every piece is freshly made to order through our trusted print partners. As products may be produced by different specialist providers, processing and delivery times can vary depending on the selected style, size and destination.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days. Processing times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once it has been dispatched.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
• United States: 2–8 business days
• Canada: 2–30 business days
• Europe, United Kingdom and Australia: 2–10 business days
• Other international destinations: 10–30 business days
These estimates apply after production and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by the selected product, destination, customs processing, carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control.
MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER
Products within the same order may be produced by different print partners. As a result, items may arrive separately and at different times. Each shipment will receive its own tracking information where available.
SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping is free within the United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. Tracking may take several business days to update after a carrier receives the package. If you have not received tracking information or notice an unusual delay, contact us at info@shop-wall.com.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at info@shop-wall.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the product, packaging and issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.
MISSING OR LOST ORDERS
If a domestic United States or regional European Union order has not arrived within 30 calendar days, or an international order has not arrived within 45 calendar days, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. WALL. is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error, although changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.
